About Lucy

Lucy Johnston is responsible for managing passive and index products for large, midcap and small capitalization mandates.

Prior to joining Northern Trust in 1997, she worked for Citibank as an operations analyst.

Lucy earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Illinois and an MBA in finance from Loyola University. She is an associated person of the National Futures Association.
