About Kaushal

Kaushal Joshi is the chief information officer for Northern Trust Asset Management. He is a member of the Asset Management Executive Group and is responsible for the overall long term strategy, business alignment and implementation of information technology across applications, data and digital experience to support NTAM’s investment management capabilities globally. Kaushal also oversees the firm’s digital investment advice platform and leads strategic efforts enabling strategic partnerships with fintech providers and innovators.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Kaushal held various leadership roles that oversaw technology for the wealth management and investment management capabilities at Franklin Templeton Investments for 10 years. He leverages more than 25 years of experience with a diverse mix of management consulting and leadership roles at financial service firms, where he was responsible for global organizational and business transformation, strategic acquisitions and integrations, data modernization, driving digital experience and incubating innovation hubs.

Kaushal has earned an MBA from Virginia Tech University and a graduate degree from University of Mumbai.
